Event management planning

The event organiser, promoter or hirer must provide an Event Management Plan (EMP) which includes a detailed production schedule, site plan, run-sheet and communications plan. The Trust reserves the right to designate areas suitable for all event-related infrastructure, including toilets, stages and fences. The Trust also reserves the right to determine heavy vehicle access points and unloading areas. 

Children under 15 years are restricted from the event site during the bump in/bump out period unless they are scheduled for performance rehearsals. In this instance, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
